The traditional choice of river guides and horse packers, the Outfitter is the lightest and most packable Springbar Tent that still allows you to stand up inside—thanks to its 3-piece pole set design and minimal feature set. Enjoy the 7’ x 9’ footprint, 74” ceiling height, and tough-as-nails performance in harsh weather.

I love the color and the texture of the fabric is great! I think camping life will be better with the outfitter.
good
Very stable in high wind and 100% waterproof in downpour. Same old top quality as the old springbar tents we've used for the past 40+ years.Changing awning back to fullwidth like the old style campsite 3 would sure provide better ventilation on rainy days and shade on hot ones.
I’ve been on the fence for years about buying a Springbar due to packed size and cost. Finally called them to discuss options and was invited to check them out. The quality of this tent is way above any previous tent I’ve owned, including BA models more expensive than this one. On a recent cold weather rafting trip, this tent proved why Springbar material is superior to synthetic options—much warmer at night, way less draft, practically no condensation. I was very comfortable in my Springbar when others in synthetic tents were not. With the material and construction quality, I have no doubt that this tent will last a very long time, even considering the heavy use it will receive; definitely consider this a long term investment. Cheers to Springbar for making it in Salt Lake using US sourced materials and parts—rare these days. Can’t wait to take it on the Grand Canyon next year!
Bison color is beautiful. Tent was easy to put up and roomy inside. Love that it is lighter and has a smaller pack size than some of the bigger tents. Would be great to have the option for an awning on this tent.
