Various replacement parts for Springbar Tents & Poles
Clip button on one of the poles needed replacement. Received the part and a how to video. Process was easy and smooth. Great customer service!

Very helpful and had those misc items I wanted and needed.
Skyliner main pole taken out by sustained and extremely high winds. Contacted customer service and was sent out replacement main pole quickly. Despite having to ship via US Postal Service vs UPS, they did it for me because I was out camping of course and didn’t have a physical address and avoided the pick up fees at local UPS office. Picked up my package via General Delivery at the local post office…was back in action that afternoon. Thank all who helped including the shipping dept!
