Specs/Features:
One of the first things I unpacked. These actually can fit inside the tent bag. Most important, this kit includes (4) 12” stakes. In the description it is unclear if they come with stakes (it does). Now I have 4 extra bonus stakes since I made sure I ordered them for the staking. Panels also came with two guy lines with the quick adjust (wooden slide with jute colored synthetic rope. Keep in mind the Bison color arrived more as an army green instead of a more brown color. The bison color always looks brown in pictures. Very high quality and has brass grommets. I’m glad I got the traveller with these.
These are very nice panels that match the quality of the tent. They zip on nice and provide a nice vestibule type area for putting on shoes, storing stuff under cover, etc.
My husband and I are just starting our camping journey. After many hours of looking online between Reddit and YouTube about what kind of tent to buy we finally settled on canvas. Yes, paid a lot more money than maybe most for just starting out but this is something that’ll last years. I will say it does an amazing job of keeping mosquitos out! Downside though is the mesh works too well. We don’t get a lot of air flow into the tent so something to be mindful of if you’re camping in warmer weather. I will say we did buy this tent as a “factory 2nd” but I see nothing wrong with it. Hands down if we did it all over again would 100% buy another Springbar. I also love some are made in the USA
The well made awning panels for our Traveler tent give us great flexibility. Depending on the length of stay and weather conditions, we can use both panels, just one, or none at all. Options are always good—and these zip-in panels create a secure vestibule outside our already well-made tent, adding comfort and functionality without compromising durability.
