This is a great. I love this cup. Keeps my coffee hot in the morning without imparting any taste from the cup. I read other reviews saying that the lid cracked, but I decided to gave it a try anyway. My lid started cracking not long after I got it. The cracks are there, but the lid still functions. My wife has this cup as well and her lid cracked in the same way. The lid is the reason I am giving it a 4 out of 5. I would really say that this is a 4.5. The lid did crack, but it still works. I do love this cup.
Small, 12 oz at the very rim, holds 10 oz to be able to put the cap on, the clear cap is cracking all around the edge. Are there replacement caps?
I've been using this ceramic cup for a few years now and absolutely love it. Nice design, perfect handheld size, fits in cupholders, keeps my joe warm, and doesn't affect flavor of the bean. I came back around to get this one as a gift and my bro-in-law was hyped! Highly recommend!

With the lid on, this cup fits 10oz, not 12. Was smaller than I anticipated it would be.
