  • TIPS FOR SUCCESS IN OUR TENT RELEASES:

  • Create a customer profile and login at springbar.com.
Do this by clicking the person icon at the top right of the page.
This will save your shipping information, making the process of checking out during a tent release a lot quicker.

If a particular tent looks sold out during a release,
hang out on the site for a few minutes and refresh the page,
and check back during the next day or two. We often cancel some orders from unauthorized resellers and restock these tents as we process the orders.

Spring and summer are our busiest time. Tent releases typically slow down during the winter months — it’s a great time to get a tent.

    International Customers:

Visit this page for everything you need to know to get a Springbar®.

If you get frustrated trying to get a tent in one of our releases, don’t hesitate to send us email at service@springbar.com, we’ll do everything we can to get you into a tent.

  • Why we do tent releases and we don’t accept pre-orders:

As a small shop, our tent makers can only produce a certain number of tents each month. At certain times of the year, we have more folks looking to buy a tent than we can build for.

We found that pre-orders resulted in very long lead times, potential for late delivery, and a frustrating experience for you.
Pre-ordering also means building to order, which hampers our ability to work efficiently. The release model allows our team to cut and sew tents in the most efficient way possible, using the materials we have on hand.
For instance, if we have stock in Suntan colored canvas, we’ll make Suntan colored tents that month.

This strategy has proved very useful with the supply chain difficulty everyone has experienced in recent years. We realize it’s not perfect, but we try hard to listen to our customers and are always trying to make the experience
of buying a Springbar® tent better.
