The tent stake we include standard with every new USA-made Springbar® Tent.
Made in the USA from galvanized steel with a wedged profile, these stakes are available in 12" or 15" length and provide good hold in a wide range of terrain - from sandy soil to dense turf. The hooked back fits perfectly over a Springbar Tent stake loop and gives you a place to pry the stake back out of the ground when it's time to go home.
Features/Specs
I have a few stakes a bit smaller than the Springbar stakes. Springbar is the only supplier that I could find that has the Heavy Duty stakes that we need in Arizona where it is rocky and has caliche soil (concrete). Aluminum and titanium bend and break. Springbar is worth every penny.
Just treat these stakes right. They won't go through a rock in the ground! If you do happen to keep pounding the stake, the end will curl up like a snail shell, and kaput. Have no fear! You can always buy replacement stakes at the Springbar website, or store like I did!
