What I like most about the Bucket Bag is the 21 oz. canvas used to make it. This bag will last for years...the fabric isn't bullet-proof but it's sturdy. For hauling tent stakes, ropes/cordage, and perhaps a hammer or small axe, or other odd-size items, it's built for that task. The snap closure at the top edge of the bag is a useful feature. I would like to see a Bucket Bag about 3-inches longer at the bottom. With a little extra length my small axe, or my mallet, or folding saw, would lie flat in the bottom of the bag. Mike, Hardin, KY
Good utility bag for all our camp tools. Good quality enjoy using it. Easy to pack easy to carry.
The bag is rugged and well built and provides good value. The snap on the other hand is not good at staying closed under load. I have two, and the problem persists for both. A different latch system may work better.
I have a tent one I use for stakes/etc but then got a few to use for small storage/laundry sorting -
Definitely would love a larger version too!
