          Great tent

I am 6’4” and can stand up in the tent! Wasn’t set up with just own person. Two makes it quicker. Highly recommend if you are looking to get into the canvas/hot tent world

          Classic Jack 140

I love my new tent! It was easy to set up in my front lawn. I can’t wait to take it hunting in the Rocky Mountains!

          New version CJ140

Tent is great no complaints, the new painted black poles on the new version on other hand scratch super easy and rust has formed instantly. Not good for the money. Wish they came with the galvanized.

Extremely impressed with the tent, more impressed with customer service

I set this tent up for the first time yesterday, went up easy and took me maybe 20 minutes solo. Materials and build quality are top notch, tent size is exactly as advertised and I love that packing everything back in the bag is easy. Needless to say, this tent is MASSIVE, definitely more room than necessary for me and a couple of hunting dogs but glad I went with the 140. I noticed the pin holes along the bottom seam another reviewer mentioned... I SOAKED the tent down four times yesterday with a hose from close range and no water made it's way inside, I have zero concern about the pin holes. The awning is massive and the portico panels are well built / worth the money. I had a couple small issues with my order and it gave me a chance to test out their customer service... I'm blown away. I called their customer service line, a real person picked up the phone in one ring and had a resolution for me within 2 minutes. I also reached out to customer service on another minor issue via email and had a response within 30 minutes, replacement part shipped out same day and arriving 2 days from now. Their products are top shelf, customer service is next level and I'm so glad I went with CJ over the many other competitors with similar products.

Great tent but some minor annoyances

The good: The tent is beautiful, sturdy, and spacious. The ventilation was more than enough for a warm (80F) night in the backyard with the kids. Three people and two dogs only took up about half the space. Set up is easy and only took me 5 minutes by myself. We can't wait to put a stove in it this winter.

The bad: The no-see-um mesh has several factory defects. I emailed them and they claim that it's normal and won't affect functionality. We'll see. They are clearly using a cheap or knock-off brand of mesh because I have never seen defects like this in any of my tents. Secondly, there are pinholes around the base where the stakes connect. Again, they claim although they let light in, the holes are watertight. We'll see. I can't imagine how much it would cost to ship and repair down the road - probably cheaper just to replace.

Overall I think it's the best car camping tent that can handle all seasons with comfort. The Springbar name gives me faith that it will hold up. I would recommend it if you're looking for a do-all car camping tent.
