This DIY Canvas Patch Kit includes approx. 15 patches in various sizes in both 8oz canvas colors and 10oz natural canvas, and one 2oz bottle of Bish’s Original Tear Mender Instant Fabric Adhesive. For small holes and tears, this kit provides everything needed to make your Springbar as good as new.

I was looking for a patch kit suitable for a vintage Coleman canvas tent I recently inherited. After searching the internet I came across Springbar. I contacted customer service about my needs. After a few quick emails and photo exchange I ended up purchasing a repair kit for my canvas and a screen repair. They put together a kit for me using the “Suntan” color. It is an almost perfect match. I collect vintage camp gear and do period style camping. The customer service along with the quality product is outstanding. When I retire this vintage tent into my collection I believe I will be purchasing a Springbar. The combination of quality materials and vintage look and functionality fits our style perfectly. I recently discovered a few small holes in my Springbar canvas tent that I believe are a result of campfire ember burns. The patch kit worked great and the patches, which I cut to a small size, are not very noticeable. I did not get instructions in my kit, but got some online guidance that guided me to install them on the inside of the tent. The patches are not noticeable from the outside. So far so good! The Springbar team are so great to work with. I highly recommend their tents and their company.

If you need more than what’s in this kit to fix your tent you have big problems and need to be more careful! 😂
