I called and asked a question about availability of a product. Associate went above and beyond and ensured I had what I needed.
When my daughter was a Girl Scout counselor she lived in a Springbar all summer. I wanted to buy her her own Springbar. After waiting patiently all winter, the exact model and color she wanted showed up in Locals Reserve. I was able to go pick up her new tent at the shop just in time for spring camping season.
I am an ardent Springbar fanatic. They have been in my quiver of outdoor tools for over 40 years and they are integral part to a fun and comfortable trip for my family. It is also awesome that the company keeps us locals in mind and allows better access to such quality - please bring back wall tents!
I have been an avid springbar fan since the early 80's. They are simply the best tent for the money. The will last a lifetime. And the new colors are great!
I was so excited to find the tent I was looking for on the Locals Reserve. It was great to be able to pick up my tent in person from the factory. The person who helped me was very friendly and answered all my questions. I've already used our new tent and couldn't be more happy about the high quality!
