I purchased different poles for the awning that would adjust easier and lower. Allowing the awning to stay out in heavy rain. I just lower one side of the awning and send the water whatever direction I believe is better. Works great.

Dear team Springbar I just returned from a remote spot down south 60 miles of dirt road after 350 on the highway. Our classic jack with storm fly was a game changer! We could have our kitchen table set up and still sleep two in comfort. Had a squally night 25 plus knots of wind and rain slept cozy and dry thank you so much! Just wish I had a Springbar all those previous years!
The exterior packaging was damaged when the item arrived, no fault of Springbar, and when I called customer service, they immediately picked up, shipped me out a new item that day, and sent me a return envelop for the damaged box/item. I couldn’t be happier! The package arrived in time for the holidays.
