Various replacement parts for Springbar Tents & Poles
Skyliner main pole taken out by sustained and extremely high winds. Contacted customer service and was sent out replacement main pole quickly. Despite having to ship via US Postal Service vs UPS, they did it for me because I was out camping of course and didn’t have a physical address and avoided the pick up fees at local UPS office. Picked up my package via General Delivery at the local post office…was back in action that afternoon. Thank all who helped including the shipping dept!
The associate who helped me was very fast and polite.
Was missing a small rubber foot pad, received a response quickly and speedy delivery of the part!

I have a 50yr old Springbar 11’x10’ Family Traveler that I would tie the rope over the tip of the awning poles. I seen theses & got them to protect the awning canvas.
These will be better than what I’ve been
