The awning is a great feature on the highline8. But when you add the portico panels you add an extra large outdoor room to your tent. You can stake them to the ground for more protection from the weather or add a couple of poles and you have a large area for dining or sitting under the awning area. Great tent and portico.

Adding the Portico Panels to the 10’x14’ spring bar along with a weatherproof folding mat help make a porch. An entrance to the camp home and a small bag to add to the main spring bar bag so it always there. Would definitely recommend the purchase. The storage bag could be a bit bigger cause things rarely get as small as when they’re first packaged.
For the price you pay they will last forever and it can provide excellent quality
