Talking and dealing with spring bar was really good, haven’t used tent yet but if there ends up being A problem I know spring bar will fix it. It is the tent design that I like, that it will not blow over in the middle of the night! Also it cost a little bit more than Kodiak but the cotton duck canvas is much denser material, higher threadcount per inch than the Kodiak material. The floor is heavier on the Kodiak but what good is it if the cotton material is crap

Purchase it.

I would highly recommend the ground tarp with the purchase of any Springbar tent. You simply can not find better protection for the tent floor. The tarp is extremely heavy duty, coated on one side and fabric on the other. You can not buy any other tarp to match the quality and durability of this tarp. If you are willing to spend the money for the tent you would be foolish not to spend the money for the tarp.

Heavy Duty Ground Tarp

Tarp appears to be well made. I have not had a chance to actually try it. I deducted 1 star because it is not Made in the USA. Main reason why I continue to support Springbar as I also purchased the Compact 1-person tent instead of the competition's is it is Made in the USA. Features-wise, the competition, I believe, is ahead. But . . . I am willing to compromise knowing that this was made here and not elsewhere. I think Springbar should have versions of their products that is made in the USA and have the customers decide . . . price vs support for our own.
