Ok tent

I’m rating three stars due to one particular issue I have which I will get into. First, going over the likes: went with the Highline eight because of the weight factor for a tent of this capacity. like the overall design. Really like the big window in the back. And of course the way the tent stakes down.
The big issue I am having is when you go to close the two screen doors I have to pull them together in order not to stress the zipper. I am well aware of staking down the tent properly and making sure the correct tension on the poles. Have tried it many different ways and it still does the same thing. And it is worse if I tie the outer doors up I cannot zip it down at all. I know for a fact it should not do this. Have taken tent to Springbar they have examined it and reported there is nothing wrong. So you can imagine my disappointment over this! I guess I’m just forced to live with it! Overall I really like this tent just this one issue really Irks me!
The person that helped me was very courteous and professional. I feel though that Springbar does not stand behind their statement saying 100% satisfaction guaranteed.
My hopes is they Will post my rating because from the looks of it all they are posting five star ratings. I think if they want true customer input they need to show what people really do say, like my issue with the tent.

Finally!

Have been wanting one of these tents for a long time. Finally got one and I love it! I'm not a big camper, but when I do, my Springbar tent is the way to go. It's durable, very well-crafted, and easy to put up and take down.

Great Customer Service Great Tents

This is a durable tent, able to withstand moderately high winds. But in extreme weather (over 40mph) it’s very easy to pull the two poles and lower, we cover it with a tarp and the rainfly. And wait for the storm to pass and then it’s easy up again. The new colors are great but I also love the sage green, soft glow inside the tents, me personally. Customer service is very kind and personable. It’s easy to ship and we received ours within less than a week which is phenomenal. The stakes are so solid and the ropes exceptional. The bag that the tent comes in we use for laundry and then use it to repack them tents. That bag is so well made. The handles around the upper and lower parts of the bag are amazing for handling.

Rocky Mountain Ready

Went to the Rocky Mountains for six days. High line 8 performed flawlessly in the wind, and the downpours. Glad I went with the bigger 10x14 so the group could sit inside and play cribbage in the nasty weather that we had. Highly recommend this product. Looking forward to more nasty weather in the Rocky Mountains.
