Great tent

It seems to a be a great tent and best of all, it’s made in America by Americans.

I’m very satisfied with my family camper

This is a no nonsense, heavy duty and quality tent. I’ve used it in heavy rain even without the rainstorm cover - it keeps things nice and dry inside.I highly recommend getting the rainstorm cover so if it rains it will dry fast enough hopefully so you don’t have to set it up at your house when you are done with your trip. If you don’t set it up at your house when it is still wet(on the outside), it could get mildew. Also invest in a floor mat for the entrance to the tent to keep things relatively clean on the floor. Also I don’t use the tent stakes provided by Kirkham. I used the generic tent stakes because I go camping in the woods where there is very little wind. Much easier to stake the tent with this setup. If I was staking the tent in sand and windy conditions I would use their provided stakes. I have owned my family camper for 12 years no issues at all except when my tent got rained on last day of camping and I needed to setup wet tent(again wet on the outside), at my house. It bent two of the springbars slightly but not bad. I learned to just stretch out the tent when wet and not actually set it up that’s all that’s needed to allow it to dry fully. Again I recommend the rainfly to keep off rain. My two cents

Nothing better out there

We are so excited to have this tent. We have not been out yet, but we know it’s going to be everything promised.
