The name says it all—for the adventurous family there’s no substitute when it comes to easy setup, livable space, and reliability in harsh weather. That said, while the 10’ x 14’ footprint will easily sleep a family of four to six, it’s practically a cabin for two with space for a full bed, table, and chairs. With a deluxe feature set including 3 full-height screen windows and an integrated shade awning, the Family Camper is built to last and be loved for a lifetime.
Cut and sewn by hand in our Salt Lake City, USA workshop

Very comfortable tent to use during high winds and cold, snowy weather in foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Could only hear the wind, not feel it! No reason to wait for winter to end with this tent.
I bought a Family Camper 7 in 2015 and have used it in spring and fall New England weather of all kinds at least two dozen times since, and it has performed flawlessly when it counted most. The one-person setup is extremely convenient. The quality of workmanship and materials have withstood the tests of the worst of New England weather. Cold, windy, pouring rain in late autumn in the White Mountains, the Monadnock range of New Hampshire as well as Acadia National Park proved to me the worth of my purchase. Stayed completely dry, no water intrusions into the tent interior in the absolutely worst of conditions. The portico option has been a godsend in bad weather as a refuge, without having to tread across mud puddles to the campsite picnic table with a tarp over it. I recommend nothing other than Springbar tents. Forget about the knock-offs from that big camping/hunting/outdoors products catalog company (methinks you know which). I'm going to buy another one for my daughter and her young family. Heirloom quality tent. I was happy to spend the extra money for this superb quality and performance. I've 40 years' experience camping in bad New England weather and this tent is bullet proof against those assaults. Made in the USA.
It's 30 below in Minnesota. Tent is still unopened in the box. Looking forward to March/April , spring camping weather.
Normally we camp in our RV but wanted something different. Our first camping trip had us setting up in the cold and the rain. We had the tent set up in less than 10 quick minutes! Once inside we all 6 of us and our 3 dogs were nice and dry. The tent is a great size and we all fit in comfortably with 2 blow up queen bed and one cot. We could hear the wind but couldn't feel it inside the tent. We are very glad we also bought the ground tarp to go with it. The bottom of the tent was dry. The quality of the workmanship is great, Alicia and Nate did a fantastic job. We look forward to many years in our Springbar!
