I purchased this tent January 2021, and first camped in the tent in Memorial weekend 2021. Con's - I think my tent is more 10x9 than 10x10. The pole sides are short, but that is it and it's not a big deal for me. Pro's; Doesn't leak in the rain. I'm tall and can stand up and move easily. I can set up or take down by myself in 20 - 30 minutes. The tent barely moved in heavy winds and was quiet, no nylon tent fabric making slapping sounds. Tent poles and stakes are heavy duty and the best quality I have come across. I have devised a way to lock my tent with a small padlock utilizing the holes in the zipper tabs on the door. (You never know these days, and I sleep better) I traveled for the past 6 months, and this tent has been my home away from home. It's perfect for long stays at your family's property while helping them clear the land for their future build as well as state and national parks, and KOA's. I can also see using it as a perfect backyard campout for kids or even as a backyard guest room. I'm very happy with my purchase and even considering the small compact for short term weekend camping in the future.
