This is not your average plastic blue tarp. Made from rugged 600 denier polyester with a PVC coated finish for a fully waterproof and super durable barrier, our Heavy-Duty Ground Tarps are sized to fit perfectly beneath the full range of Springbar Tents. Was hoping for something a bit sturdier. I’m on the fence between 4 and 5 starts for this. With the words heavy duty I was expecting something seriously thick, time will tell how well it stands up. It does have a nice coating on the bottom that helps it not stick to rocks, mud, grass and the like. Overall I’m happy with this purchase.
Stop asking me to review your tent.
Very happy. I waited a long time for this one. Thank you springbar!
Can’t really give a review of the ground tarts since I haven’t been able to use it. However if it’s as good as the spring bar tents I am sure it will be fantastic. In the mid 1980’s my mom gave me her spring bar that I believe was purchased in the 1970’s so I could go bow hunting and still have the tent to this day. It has been through many years of hunting and camping and still works great after 45 years. Has a few holes and tears but after that many years it’s to be expected. But I can still have confidence that I would stay warm and dry in a down pour if one rolled in. However I just purchased a new family camper by spring bar so I will probably be retiring the ole girl. Or if needed she could be a storage tent for coolers etc.
High quality. Ready for years of abuse so the tent doesn’t have to deal with it.
