Upon receipt I set the tent up to get familiar with setup and to test out the tent.
The tent did not disappoint. After a weekend of drizzle and a clear few days of drying and curing, the tent showed a bit of leaking at spots around some seams, mostly around floor where floor meets canvas sides, apparently. After initial exposure and a chance to dry and season itself, the tent was ready for a defining test. After a couple more days of light mist and morning dews, a few days of drizzle and drying, the tent soon endured a North Florida tropical rain storm with strong winds and gusts to 30 knots or better. Completely dry, with the exception of a leak from the removable (left side) window panel. I call springbar who was aware of the particular issue that had arisen. They immediately sent me the fix replacement panel window over Christmas Day shipping lul. I look forward to making the correction and applying a little (extra insurance) fabric treatment in a couple spots. I have confidence my experience with my classic Jack 140 on my first outing with it will meet and exceed my every expectations. Looking forward too it! Mike S. Orange Park, FL.
